1. ATLAS71
ATLAS71 is a developing water-intelligence platform. Features may include place information, activity intelligence, editorial content, forecasts, administrative tools, connected social-media workflows and other services. Availability may vary by location, account and development stage.
2. Informational nature of the service
ATLAS71 may present environmental, weather, ocean, safety, activity and other information from multiple sources. Conditions can change quickly. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ATLAS71 is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for official warnings, local authorities, trained professionals or your own assessment of conditions.
Official restrictions, warnings and safety instructions take priority over ATLAS71 content or recommendations.
3. Accounts and authorized access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through credentials assigned to you. Administrative and connected-service features may be restricted by role and permission.
You may connect a third-party account only if you are authorized to do so. You must not provide ATLAS71 with another person's password or access token outside an approved authorization flow.
4. Connected platforms
Some ATLAS71 features may connect to third-party platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. Those platforms have their own terms and policies. ATLAS71 may only perform actions that the connected platform and the authorizing user permit.
5. Content and publishing
Where ATLAS71 provides content-generation or publishing tools, you remain responsible for reviewing content before publication when an approval step is required. ATLAS71 may apply automated checks, provenance requirements, risk classifications and publishing guardrails, but these controls do not remove the responsibility of authorized users to review sensitive or consequential content.
6. User-provided content
If you submit text, images, data or other material, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide and use that material. You retain ownership of your content. You grant ATLAS71 the limited rights needed to host, process, display and use it to provide the requested service.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use ATLAS71 to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
- interfere with or overload the service;
- publish deceptive, unlawful or malicious content through connected accounts;
- bypass security, approval, licensing, safety or access-control restrictions.
8. Availability and changes
ATLAS71 may change, suspend or discontinue features, especially during development and testing. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be complete, current or error-free.
9. Third-party information and services
ATLAS71 may rely on third-party data, maps, APIs, websites and services. Their availability, accuracy and terms are outside ATLAS71's direct control. References or links do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATLAS71 is provided on an "as available" basis and without warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excludes mandatory consumer rights.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the ATLAS71 Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as ATLAS71 evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest published version. Material changes may be communicated through the service where appropriate.
