1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to ATLAS71 websites, administrative tools, connected social-media workflows and other ATLAS71 services that link to this policy. ATLAS71 is currently in active development, so some features described here may not yet be generally available.
2. Data we may process
Depending on how you use ATLAS71, we may process:
- account and contact information that you provide;
- preferences, consent records and communication history;
- technical and security information such as timestamps, IP-derived security signals, device/browser information and audit logs;
- usage and analytics information about how ATLAS71 features are used;
- content, drafts, approvals, publication status and related metadata created through ATLAS71 tools;
- identifiers and metadata for external services that you explicitly connect, such as a Facebook Page or Instagram Professional account.
3. Meta, Facebook and Instagram connections
If an authorized administrator connects Facebook or Instagram to ATLAS71, Meta's authorization flow may provide ATLAS71 with access tokens, Page or professional-account identifiers, account labels, granted permissions and other information needed to provide the requested integration.
ATLAS71 does not ask for or store your Facebook or Instagram password. OAuth access tokens used by the integration are stored encrypted and are used only for the permissions that were authorized. Publishing workflows remain subject to ATLAS71 access controls and approval rules.
4. Why we process data
We may process personal data to:
- provide, maintain and secure ATLAS71;
- authenticate users and enforce role-based access;
- connect authorized third-party accounts and perform requested actions;
- create, review, schedule and measure content where those features are enabled;
- detect abuse, investigate incidents and maintain audit records;
- understand product performance and improve ATLAS71;
- respond to support, privacy and legal requests.
5. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, the basis will depend on the context and may include consent, performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests such as operating and securing the service, or compliance with legal obligations.
6. Sharing and service providers
We may use infrastructure, analytics, communications, security and other service providers to operate ATLAS71. We may also exchange data with a platform you choose to connect, such as Meta, where necessary to provide that integration. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction, subject to applicable safeguards.
7. International processing
ATLAS71 is designed as a global service. Data may therefore be processed in countries different from where you live. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards will be used for international transfers.
8. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain security and auditability, or to meet legal obligations. Connected social credentials are removed when the connection is disconnected or otherwise invalidated, subject to limited security or audit records that may need to be retained.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or to receive a portable copy of certain data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
For deletion instructions, see ATLAS71 Data Deletion.
10. Security
ATLAS71 uses technical and organizational controls intended to protect data, including access controls, least-privilege permissions, encrypted credential storage and audit logging for sensitive administrative actions. No system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as ATLAS71 develops or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
12. Contact
Privacy questions or requests can be sent to contact@atlas71.com. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or other authentication secrets by email.
