1. Disconnect Facebook or Instagram from ATLAS71
If you have access to the ATLAS71 administrative connection that authorized Meta, use the relevant Disconnect action in ATLAS71. Disconnecting removes the stored OAuth credential for that connection and disables ATLAS71 publishing through it.
2. Revoke access from Meta
You may also revoke ATLAS71's authorization from your Facebook or Meta account settings. Revoking access at Meta prevents future API access even if ATLAS71 has not yet processed a local disconnect request.
3. Request deletion from ATLAS71
To request deletion of personal data associated with ATLAS71, email contact@atlas71.com with the subject ATLAS71 data deletion request.
Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant data, for example:
- the email address or ATLAS71 account associated with the request;
- the Facebook Page name or Instagram Professional username if the request concerns a Meta connection;
- a short description of what you want deleted.
Do not send passwords, OAuth access tokens, API secrets or other authentication secrets by email.
4. What we delete
After a verified deletion request, ATLAS71 will delete or irreversibly de-identify personal data that is no longer required, including connected-account credentials and associated connection metadata where applicable. Some limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, audit integrity, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
5. Verification and timing
We may need to verify that the requester is authorized to act for the relevant account or connected business asset. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days where reasonably possible, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
6. Questions
For questions about deletion or privacy, contact contact@atlas71.com or review the ATLAS71 Privacy Policy.
